How can I get a replacement Lamp Unit?
The contact information to obtain a Lamp Unit depends upon whether your TV is still covered under warranty. Please see the phone numbers below.
If your TV's warranty has expired, call 800-338-0376 to order a lamp unit.
If your TV is still covered under warranty, call 866-723-6486 to order a lamp unit. Please note that if your TV is under warranty, you will need to return your existing lamp.
